30km for Lentil!
This September, I’m taking on a 30km walk with my fluffy best friend, Nemo.
I wanted to challenge myself to become more active, spend some proper quality time with Nemo, and raise money for a good cause while we’re at it. But this walk also has a much more personal meaning for me.
We’ll be walking in honour of my soul dog, Lenny, who passed away in 2024. 🤍
Len was my absolute world, but he wasn’t exactly a fan of being out and about in public and around other people haha, so long walks and big adventures together weren’t really his thing (plus he only had three legs so that makes sense), which makes doing it now with Nemo feel even more special.
So while it’ll be Nemo’s tall lanky legs beside me for the 30km, I like to think Lenny will be coming along with us in his own way.
This one’s for getting moving, making memories with Nemo, raising some money, and most importantly, for Lentil. 🐾
