When it launched in 2004, the PetRescue website was the first of its kind in Australia, and since then, it has been the connection for over 930,000 rescue pets and their new families.
PetRescue’s adoption platform gives pets the best chance to find a home by bringing thousands of homeless pets face-to-face with tens of thousands of potential adopters every day. And the best part is, all PetRescue website services and adoption support programs are free and accessible to all rescue members and pet lovers alike.

I'm doing the best friends' walk to support animal rescue. Anyone who knows me, will know that I have recently fostered, then foster failed (adoption in progress) two crazy huskies. Colt and Ripley have struggled to find their family, with me being their fourth home (but their first through Husky Rescue). Rescue groups are all about finding the right homes for each animal. They put in a huge amount of effort to compensate for poor and difficult choices that are made by animal owners.
