Odin and I are teaming up to…

Help pets in need find loving families and a safe place to call home. 

Rescue animals have become a large part of my life, and it’s something I feel very deeply for. Sam and I have always bonded over our love of animals, and we love trying to help in any way, shape or form. 

My first experience with PetRescue was when Sam adopted our furchild Arlo in 2017. I can’t imagine our life without Arlo being such an integral and important part of our relationship, and she has only helped my love for rescues grow over the years. We have also had many other experiences helping rescues - whether that has been adopting, donating or volunteering! 

Last year, as a small way to say thanks to PetRescue for all they’ve done for us, Sam and Arlo participated in the first ‘Best Friends Walk’ and raised a total of $1,150 to help pets in need. This year, Odin and I have decided to join the team and help to hopefully raise even more! Now although Odin may not be a rescue himself, he absolutely adores Arlo and is very excited to help out PetRescue wherever he can. 

When it launched in 2004, the PetRescue website was the first of its kind in Australia, and since then, it has been the connection for over 930,000 rescue pets and their new families. 

The best part is, all PetRescue website services and adoption support programs are free and accessible to all rescue members and pet lovers alike.
